Free Managed Services


  • Free 24/7/365 server uptime monitoring with reboot service. WebIntellects will monitor your server using the same software we use to monitor our shared servers, and when it is reported unreachable, we will reboot it and get it back online. This means there will be no need for you to contact us for reboots, because we will know about it well before you even notice your server is not responding. No more sleepless nights hoping you and your customers are online! (Must be requested to activate.)
  • 24-hour monitoring of three services on your server. We will monitor HTTP, POP and SMTP. If the service reports down, we will go into your server and resolve the issue. This means there will be no need for you to worry if your customers are down due a failed service because we will know about it well before you even notice a sevice is not responding. (Must be requested to activate.)
  • Free installation and management of server watchdog software. This software will be installed by WebIntellects on any Linux server and managed by us. The watchdog software will actually monitor your servers key systems and restart them if they have stopped. If they can not be restarted by the software, our 24-hour monitoring service from above will catch it and an engineer will login and fix it. (Must be requested to activate.)
  • Free use of our proprietary backup/restore software. We will configure your server to backup to a secondary drive on your server or to a remote FTP server. You must have a server with dual hard drives or a remote FTP server to use this feature.
  • Free Ensim, Hosting Controller or Plesk control panel upgrades for the life of the server.
  • 100% management and troubleshooting of Ensim, Plesk or Hosting Controller software.
  • Instalation of RPMs, CPAN modules and service updates or patches.
  • Instalation of all security patches or bug fixes.
  • Kernel upgrades and kernel recompiles.
  • One free complete server restore. If your hard drive(s) is corrupted, infected with a virus, or your server is compromised, WebIntellects will use its proprietary restore software to rebuild your server and all its domains back to original working order. You will need to using either our backup service or be using the free propriatry backup/restore software to use this service.
  • Free data migration from either a Plesk or an Ensim server.

We currently offer two choices for dedicated server operating systems.

  • Linux: Our Linux based servers run either CentOS, Fedora, Debian or SUSE and are optimized for performance, reliability and scalability. Our Linux servers can provide a vast array of functions for any small business needs. All Linux servers are outfitted with top of the line, brand-name components and can be configured to your specifications if you do not find a pre-configured server that you like.
  • Windows: Our Windows 2003 servers are the ideal choice for online business's looking to utilize Windows software applications such as Active Server Pages (ASP) and Access Databases. It also integrates well with other Microsoft applications and a wealth of third-party commercial applications. The Window's 2003 user-friendly graphical user interface provides a familiar look for most IT personnel.
