October 21st, 2008 - WebIntellects has New Built-in DNS Manager System

WebIntellects is pleased to release their new built-in DNS Manager system to all customer's Client Area. Now all zones can be managed in real time without having to open a support ticket. All clients can now click on their "DNS Manager" link in their Client Area and start managing their zones.

May 1st, 2008 - WebIntellects has installed a new billing and customer management solution

WebIntellects has installed a new billing and customer management solution in order to better assist our clients in their online account management. The new system allows for real-time online billing, online invoices for printing, upgrades to Plesk, a new support system, new DNS management system and much more. New features will be added all the time as the new system has no restrictions on integration.

March 1st, 2008 - WebIntellects installs new enterprise level firewall and DDOS mitigation appliance

Today WebIntellects has upgraded its firewall device to a new enterprise level firewall with DDOS mitigation. The new appliance is able to handle our growing bandwidth needs to ensure all traffic is now monitored. The device also is thoroughly integrated with AIS's systems and provides 24/7 real-time monitoring and response.

November 15th, 2007 - WebIntellects offers Dedicated VPS Servers

Today Webintellects has announced we have released the latest in VPS offerings - Dedicated VPS Servers. This solution will allow customers to host 1 - 10 VPSs on their own dedicated sever. The solution allows for customers to resell VPSs or simply migrate one of their own VPSs in order to use all the resources of a dedicated server. Another benefit of this new solution is the real-time migration of data from our VPS physical servers to your own to ensure no downtime upon upgrades and no requirement to migrate any data. All this is done using server to server direct real-time transfer. This is just another front-running solution offered by WebIntellects to ensure our clients have the latest services available.

June 26th, 2007 - WebIntellects now offers advanced Spam filtering with its Reflexion partnership

Reflexion Total Control is a managed email security service that blocks unwanted email outside the corporate network. Reflexions unique technology also assures the delivery of good mail, and provides concrete tools for preserving the integrity of ones primary email address. WebIntellects offers Reflexion Total Control as an add-on service for advanced Spam filtering solutions. Prices start at $5.00/mo for 10 emails addresses on one domain name.

March 1st , 2006 - WebIntellects partners with Yahoo!

Today WebIntellects has finalized its partnership with the Yahoo! Search Marketing Referral Program. The partnership will provide each WebIntellect customer with $50.00 to use towards Yahoo's Search Marketing Program. The program will allow you to list your site in search results across the Web. This includes MSN, AltaVista, Yahoo!, CNN.com and InfoSpace. You will now be able to reach over 90% of active Internet users.

December 1st , 2005 - WebIntellects officially offers Windows VPS Offerings

Today webintellects, Inc became the newest member of the elite SW Soft Platinum Certified Hosting Reseller partnership. Only a handful of the thousands of hosting providers reach this level. The SWsoft Platinum Level is for hosting providers who make a significant commitment to SW Soft technology and actively go-to-market with SWsoft. SW Soft are the makers of the Plesk Control Panel and Virtuozzo VPS technology that powers some of our solutions.

WebIntellects has launched it's new Silver Plans for both Linux and Windows shared hosting. This marks a company first with new lower pricing coming from a premier hosting provider that focuses on the individual client and not customer volume. While there are cheaper plans to be found on the Internet, they are not coming from providers that focus on each customer. Their goal is low pricing to gain a large customer base to handle the large volume of customer turn-over they suffer. Webintellects currently has one of the lowest churn rates in the web hosting industry.

December 1st , 2004 - WebIntellects, Inc. is selected as a Top 15 web host by Hostindex.com

Today, WebIntellects is proud to report that the Web's largest hosting directory, Hostindex.com, has selected Webintellects as a Top 15 host. Hostindex.com is one of the most respected and oldest hosting directories on the Internet. To have WebIntellects be in their Top 15, considering the fact there are over 20,000 web hosts, is quite an honor. This clearly shows that WebIntellects commitment to service and support are paying off and being recognized by people who know.

June 23nd, 2004 - WebIntellects launches new site and celebrates with Windows offerings

Today WebIntellects launched a new website designed by Internet consulting and web development firm Ceonex. In celebration of our fourth website since our inception, WebIntellects launches Windows shared and reseller web hosting plans. Now all our customers will have choice of platform to develop and run their websites on. Research has shown that it is applications that drive a choice of hosting provider. Supporting both Linux and Windows will allow us to meet this requirement going forward. Also in celebration of the newest site, WebIntellects increased all our plans resources by a minimum of 100%. In some case plans will see increases in space and bandwidth by an incredible 400%. All this without raising prices.

March 30th, 2004 - WebIntellects partners with SW Soft and becomes a Gold Partner

Today, WebIntellects announces it has become SW Soft's newest Gold Partner. SWsoft is an advanced server technology company focused on the development of a complete line of control panels, Virtual Private Server and hosting automation software including its patent-pending Virtuozzo technology. October 31st, 2003 - WebIntellects moves into a new datacenter

Today WebIntellects announced they have finished the move into their new home located in the 10 million dollar CCC Communications Datacenter in San Diego, CA. The new facility offers triple redundancy across all key systems and is connected to six tier one providers. All network traffic is managed by RouteSciences' PathControl to ensure the fastest routes possible for all your customers. Even with the massive improvement over its old facility, WebIntellects will still continue to offer its high-quality services and support, without an increase in price. WebIntellects truly believes this new facility to be one of the best datacenters found anywhere in the world.

March 9th, 2003 - WebIntellects builds out new call center

Anticipating a large increase in sales over the next year, WebIntellects has built a new call center and integrated proprietary customer service software to handle the estimated increase in the volume of support issues. The new call center makes the communication and coordination between customer service representatives much more fluid. The integration of our own software will also assist in communication and also greatly reduce the response times to support issues. Our new support system will now include a modern call center to handle toll-free support, an online chat system to better communication between employees and customers, a new e-mail to ticket system to track all e-mails sent to our support address, and finally; an advanced online ticketing system integrated within your control panel. The whole project took a year to complete and we are very excited about its release.

February 19th, 2003 - WebIntellects receives D-U-N-S Number

January 21st, 2002 - WebIntellects joins the Submitnet co-branding partner program

Submitnet being a top website submission and analysis company has designed a partner program that enables WebIntellects the ability to offer submission and website performance analysis to our customers. All WebIntellects customers will now have 90 days of free Search Engine registration through Submitnet. This is a $47.00 value.

February 1st, 2001 - WebIntellects launches new website and new plans

Today WebIntellects launched its third website since being founded in 1999. The new site makes it easier to navigate and locate services for purchase. To promote the new website release, WebIntellects has increased the resources on all our plans. Some by as much as 400%! We also launched a new shared hosting service called the Webmaster Plan. This is one of the first plans on the Net to offer multiple sites under one control panel. Each of the five sites allowed is truly a separate site, which includes ftp, e-mail and directory access. Instead of buying five different plans from a competitor, you can choose one Webmaster Plan to host those sites with WebIntellects.

December 29th, 2000 - WebIntellects forms partnership with Ensim Corp

Today WebIntellects has purchased the Ensim ServerXchange platform to help manage our web hosting infrastructure. With the ServerXchange platform, WebIntellects can now deploy Ensim-powered Virtual Dedicated Server technology and Ensim-powered dedicated servers to our customer base. WebIntellects and its customers will always have the latest, cutting-edge software releases, as well as having the newest versions of each Ensim control panel.

December 5th, 2000 - WebIntellects joins the BBBOnLine Reliability Program

As a longtime member of the Better Business Bureau, WebIntellects has decided to extend its BBB membership to include the new BBBOnLine Reliability Program. It can sometimes be difficult to tell the reputable websites and online services from those that are not. The BBBOnLine Reliability seal provides our visitors with an easy way to distinguish reliable websites and online services. May 5th, 2000 - WebIntellects and OpenSRS partner

In an effort to provide low-cost domain name registration services, WebIntellects has integrated the OpenSRS system and is now able to provide domain names at 30% off the standard Network Solutions price. One of the key factors in our decision to use OpenSRS over Network Solutions is the fact OpenSRS will not cross-market to you. They will not Spam your e-mail address and home address with other third-party offers. OpenSRS is strictly a wholesaler of domain names. October 8th, 1999 - WebIntellects becomes a Miva Standard Hosting Partner

Today WebIntellects enter into an agreement with Miva Corp which allows us to offer Miva Shopping Carts and E-commerce solutions.
