Technical Support Representative
- Responsibilities
- Answering of customer technical support request via e-mail and phone and offering complete and accurate answers.
- Directing customer assistance.
- Minor server administration.
- Requirements/Qualifications
- Familiarity of troubleshooting techniques in regards to FTP, Telnet/SSH, CGI scripting and e-mail protocols
- Must have familiarity with common Internet applications like Microsoft Windows, Outlook and Word.
- Must have good oral and written communication skills.
- Must have a commitment to weekend/overnight work hours.

Unix/Linux Server Administrator
- Responsibilities
- Build, install and maintain systems with Unix/Linux technology for web hosting.
- Manage web servers, database servers, e-mail servers, perform system backups and upgrades.
- Network administration including network security.
- Write Perl, PHP and Shell scripts to automate administration tasks.
- Requirements/Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in management of Unix/Linux systems.
- Familiarity of troubleshooting techniques in regards to FTP, SSH, CGI and email protocols.
- B.S. in Computer Science or IT Management, or equivalent experience.
- Must be a quick learner and quick to adapt to change!
- Must have good oral and written communication skills.
- Must have a commitment to weekend/overnight work hours with 24/7/365 on-call status.
